Koco’s Pub is aptly named after my Dad, “Mr. Koco”.
When my parents John and Joanna Kocovinos opened Koco’s Pub back in 1985, we barely even had a kitchen. We served whatever Mom had gone to the store and bought for the day. We sold about 20 Crab Cakes a week back then and cooked them in a small countertop pizza oven.
