The first thing I realize is that the crust is SUPER thin. It was one of the things that encouraged my wife and I to try the place. Now I like thin crust, but this is so thin it hardly passes for crust. Once we got to the middle of the pie, it was more like eating just cheese and toppings. Speaking of toppings, they were good, fresh, and unusual. We ordered the pie with black garlic and cartelized onions. It was good, but I like some crust rather than just a pizza on a cracker. I think there is good flavor in crust too in the best pies. This crust 'issue' aside, I am glad we went. It is a very unique type of pie.
